Solo77
Actually within a day or two, you should roughly know what you are getting.... For super bright orange, it may slowly turn to yellow. For dark yellow... My exp... It will stay that way...... Just beware they can jumper.... Mine... All jumped and died.... 1 Quote Tank : 4 X 2 X 2 with low iron front panel and external overflow Skimmer : BK SM200 with waste collector Return Pumps : Red Dragon 6m3 and Ehiem 1262 FR : 2 X Deltec 509 & powered by AB2000 Nitrate Filter : Deltec NF 509 and tee off from AB2000 Calcium R'tor : Deltec PF 501 with RM secondary chamber Kalkwasser R'tor : Deltec KM500 Chiller : Pansonic 1 HP Compressor with 20m titanium Coil Wave Makers : 4 X Tunze 6055 with 7096 & Vortec MP40w Controller : GHL Profilux Lighting : ATI Powermodule 10 or 8 tubes Water Top-up : Water Top-Up tank powered by Tunze Osmolator External Monitor : American Pinpoint pH and Temp. SRC Member MarCal Posted July 2, 2019 Author SRC Member Share Posted July 2, 2019 Is there a price difference to the colour of the Blenny? Mine has been like that when I fish saw in shop. I thought it was stress like what BarelyHuman mentioned. I do have netting over. But somehow a fire goby managed to jump thru and landed on top of net. Solo77
For orange n golden yellow, it can be brown when stress and you will see white patches. However, if it is brown in nature, then it is likely stay that way. Yes, price does vary depending on the region and best place to get this fish is at the LFS at tampines. Cheapest n generally yellow n orange.
