Ken-reef
Hi, i have both purple tang and yellow tang also other fishes in my current tank. Yellow tang's tail seems to be bitten off might be due to aggression from purple tang. In long term, will it endanger my yellow tang life? SRC Member victorchantm Posted July 20, 2020 SRC Member Share Posted July 20, 2020 Normally, newly added tangs will have some level of aggression. If the tail is slight damage, will recover pretty fast provided no further more fights. Get them to feed well (variety of mixed foods). If aggression is bad, put some mirrors around will distract them.BTW, the Tangs need quite a significant space as they are territorial fishesSent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
