Hammer coral became like this...

Anyone can share with me what happened to my hammer coral? It has been like this for weeks.

 

Before this, it still open in full. Now it became like this and the centre part around the mouth seems to become flat surface? The sides only has very short and thin tentacles

Prolly in the midst of expelling waste, unless it starts to recede at the membrane, nothing to worry about

Ok so it seems nothing for me to worry about although it has been like this for a month or so..

But I don't see any tissue receding

Can you test your nutrient. You see the photo the zoa is not opening too. Test your ph, nitrate and po4. Salinity too.
