You are still keeping your sandbed?

With the sandbed there it will take a long time to remove all the nutrients.

My sandbed is only 2inch thick so not much of a nutrient sink considering I got that hardworking cuke of mine to clean it of detritus.

Still need to confirm the prices of the Zeovit stuff first.

Don't know whether it had fluctuated

Don't think the cuke will help that much. Anyway just do your maths properly and read up more first.

The centre had darkened brown but it had turned green with blue tips

Well anyway, today was a disappointment. Was supposed to get the Phoenix bulbs but the company said that it is in their store and I had to wait till Wednesday.

This is not their fault as I only called them up today

And I was also supposed to receive delivery of the D-D Aquablue Plus tube today but Edmund SMSed to say that he is busy with some "project"

Rather displeased with their service though as on their site it states that it will be delivered in 2-3 working days and it has been more than a week since I ordered

The colours look a little washed out because the Aquablue is crisp white

Here's a sneak peek at my tank just a few minutes ago under only the Aquablue Plus and CoralBlue tubes

The Aquablue is in front and the CoralBlue is behind. No exposure compensation and no edit

No wonder Daniel can keep his SPS nice under these

This will never end one If can use then continue to use it.

errr....u sure you want to upgrade the pump.....overdriving your skimmer is generally not a good idea.....you might end up with to much turbulance to effectively skim out anything.....
