Then this is quite do-able with your setup. Do take note hammers are stony corals.

Sand depth is negligible, they is only so much u can remove. 
 
30W amd without white lighting, watch your corals extension 

There is white lighting as well, i turn the blue light to 100% and white to 60-70% cause i saw somewhere that coral benefit more bluelight and algae will grow faster with white light
