Anemone Bleaching

I recently changed my lighting to around 200PAR and 5 days later, I started to notice my orange BTA starting to lose its fluorescence and became almost translucent, with only slight orange colouration left. My other corals and anemone remained healthy and I did not change anything over the past 5 days besides the lighting. Parameters are stable, nitrates and phosphate within great and healthy range.

My questions is:

1) Is it completely bleached?

*It deflates completely and hide under a rock in the day when lights are on (Although I turned it down to 30% Blues, 0% Whites intensity), but expands to full size at night when lights are off. Does this mean it still has zooxanthellae and trying to protect the remaining zooxanthellae by closing and deflating when lights are on?

2) How long before it regains its fluorescence and zooxanthellae?

3) Should I feed it more vigorously? Currently I'm feeding Reef Roids + Red Sea Reef Energy AB+. No meaty foods or other pellets.

***The current picture was taken when I first changed the lighting, when the anemone was at peaked fluorescence. I'll try to take and upload a picture of what it looks right now when it expands tonight. ***20210916_165111.jpg
