Return pipe leaking.

Most probably did not apply enough glue or joint pipe too short.

Just found another leak.The time its on one of the overflow pipe.

As for the main & sump tank.No leaks at the moment.

Can see a little difference between starphire glass (front) & normal glass(side)

Hi Bob, pipes leaking is a PITA isn't it? Happened to me a couple of times when I set pipings for my tank. All the best though and keep us updated!

I think is too late to use white tape now.

Had to cut & redo the piping again.

This time gonna use more glue.

No .I'm not sian now as the repair can be done easily.I have no rush in setting up this tank.

It will be lagi sain if i did not do a leak test, put the tank against the wall & use salt water.

Guess got to redo & here's the redo ceramony.

Scrapping silicon remains within a tight working space!

Apply lots of silicon.

What happen bro? After all the hard work and you selling your brand new tank?? Sad man

Reasons;

1) Cannot have 2 tank (operating cost is a concern)

2) Cannot bear to part my exsisting live stock as i planning to set up sps for the new tank.Just found out that my wife love the anemone which have been with us for about 5 years already

3) My Grandmom & my son love the maroon clown fish.

Now i felt that the all the live stock in my exsisting tank is like a one big family.

Really heartache if just let go like that.

As for the new tank ,Is just material.

You can have the same Glass tank next time but not the same living reef you once have.

Hope i make the right decision.
