keithtanbb Posted February 18, 2005 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Now that I've armed myself with web info on culturing rotifers, and phytoplankton, will start home culture soon(ordered from http://www.florida-aqua-farms.com/.waiting for delivery,will try to set up using 1.7litres, (pineapple tarts container(plastic with red tops-new ones of course!) and keep you guys updated on progress...read somewhere that culture water should be microwaved on high for 2 minutes..true? please cmmment ,otherwise......akan datang........ work-in-progress Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
liziqi Posted February 18, 2005 Share Posted February 18, 2005 hey.. its best to boil your water or microwave it for i tink 7 mins.. i juz boil it for a while.. and try as best to use really clean containers etc.. including the air tubes which u use as contamination is one of the causes of crashes...
