I use to have powder blue tang , to me I find that powder blue is not easy to keep and they don really like to mix with other fishes in my tank.and I have try to feed him pellet n mysis evern seaweed. He just don want to eat and e worst thing is easy to have white spot. So to me I really feel that powder blue tang is hard keep in feed.

Try these Green/Brown/Red seaweed. I bought from LFS for SGD5 or 6. I think volume could easily more than 20 sheet. Cheers

After 10+ YT death finally manage to keep one alive for 6 months.

The key is nitrate must be low .

Proper acclimate.

Put in qt in dt to proper observe YT eating

I normally put red bamboo in the qt.

Red bamboo very hardly.. can last many months... I always put plenty of red bamboo in QT tanks... I vote this is the best algae for tangs...

This Red Bamboo thingy .... Only Tangs CHomp on them?

Does Angels other species eat them too ?

Angelfish may consume them too.. but not as much as Tangs..

It's normal for a newly acquired fish not to eat anything as they are still acclimating to the new environment. Give it some time and I'm sure they will eat.. Seaweed and algae works best to strengthen their immune system..
