hi Kel,

price does not differ much from the good old times of ric colonies from ML till today :nc: ....... come to think of it, it does cost quite a bomb to buy large colonies then, btw most of my rics were bought off fella reefers.

with the right parameters, the rics juz bloomed and start self propagating........ up to date, i hv never performed any artificial propagation on my rics and yet i can safely say that my rics population has oredi increased abt 30 to 50% over the past 2 yrs, not forgetting surviving 1 major tank crash. :pinch:

i'm sure scarab hv more or less the same ricordea growth experience as i do.

;) HTH.

How the heck did you guys manage to get your rics to split like that???!!!

I've been trying to split my ric but to no avail :(:(

wah,

The rics look sshiok. Any advise regarding the care? Wld love to start keeping them.

to get a ric garden like Seahorse, Scarab and Lightningstrike...

first and foremost, you will need bags and bags of moolahs....

once you can achieve that, the rest will be easy liaoz.

I've personally seen Scarab and Lightningstrike's tank, the growth rate of the rics is indeed incredible.... I dun see anyone buying 10-20 polyps of a same colour ric for dat many different colours! :P
