bristle worm. usually harmless scavengers but some grow bigger and pick at things. do a search for more info.

your corals don't seem to be doing well. avoid that kind, that's dendronephtya and it usually doesn't do well in aquariums. your tank conditions don't look very good either.

BTW, your bristleworm looks like the type that it is the highly predatory type... i forgot the species... but it can grow very very large and give a very nasty bite.

Use tongs to get it out or use a trap.
