OMG! Look at these hybrids and rare fishes!

Recommended Posts

Yes, but the most sexual dichromatic pgymy is perhaps interruptus. There are variations in individuals and i guess lighting also cause a difference. Not many pics on the net for comparison though but i like it more orangy than blue. The female look like hotumatua.

Now that you mention it... It does look like Hotumantua.. Hehe..

Yes v rare, along with A.Guezei are two angelfishes that have never been kept before by anyone. But C.Ballinae are soon to be displayed in public aquarium for the first time.

Guess i'm asking too much. Lower my expectation a bit, i wan a pair of C.Tricinctus instead:

The rare C.Abei...

I find it quite nice...

C.Abei is imo one of the nicest dwarf. Since it's found in our nearby waters, maybe one day can see it, when the fish decide to emerge from the v v deep!

There is almost no info about this angel... Other than it is found at 100-115metre deep and found in Pulau,Indonesia,Sulawesi and Japan...

Not a Burgessi... Maybe Modestus?

That butterflyfish is an undescribed species which bear 99% resemblance to prognathode basabei from Hawaii. One was caught during the deep dive which collect the abei and the undescribed prognathode is still alive and on display in Waikiki Aquarium.

I'm not amazing, i jux remembered these info when i read an article on Richard Pyle interview where he talked about the butterfly and C.Abei in his deep dive in Palau.
