I have a 2yr old tank and till now it is still not stable. Whatever i put new fishes or coral, sooner or later they die. Those pioneer fishes in my tank are ok but new stuffs i place is not lasting at all. What actually went wrong? I have give up on buying at the moment. Please help. I have a chiller and good lighting as well.

Good water perimeter is needed for a successful reef tank. Its best to have your water perimeters checked and see if they are all at the acceptable levels....

it would be helpful to post your tank size, parameters, and your skimmer..

my tank is 3 ft x 2.5ft tall

ph 8

nitrate level <5ppm

calcium level 350-400

can you guys let me know what is the best water parameter for a reef aquarium? Could i have keep too many fishes? I have 2 clownfish, 2 wrasses, 3 tangs, 3 hermit crab, 2 goby. Have i overload the aquarium?
