hey guys...

introducing kiko's very own DIY Fish Trap!

post-16223-091967500 1280159110_thumb.jp

decided not to be too lazy,

so i DIY-ed my own fish trap using a 1.5L bottle...

threw in one "self-cut cube" of henry's food into the bottle...

placed it on the sand bed..

after about 5mins,

my super greedy cleaner wrasse went in and got trapped..

together with 2-3 snails..

after about 15mins,

my yellow tang went into the bottle,

having a buffet...

had to remove the 2 fishes by "leading" them out...

after about 40mins of waiting...

finally, the flame angel which had be hovering around the mouth of the bottle,

finally went in...

before i could reach in to turn the bottle up,

he realised that he went into a trap and he started swiming like one mad fish...

went in scoop up the bottle, remove the cap,

and transfered the flame angel into my betta box..

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED :groupwavereversed:

thats fast...

so happy :D

Wow Kiko,

Good article shared on your D.I.Y fish trap ! up your point for you. Always puzzle me how we can neglect simple items which can be so useful in our life.

I moved this thread to the D.I.Y section for other to see. Prehapes you can also share more information here how you make this ? I am sure many of us here will be able to benefit from it
