What's the brand of the external canister filter you are using? 12000l/h pump wow!! Is that the Seio one you are using?

Just started with the Juwel Rekord 70. The internal filter does not seem to be working too well even with an upgrade of a higher flow pump. Having touble looking for an external skimmer that can fit. Alternatively, looking for an external filter to fit. Any reccomendations from people who had experience with the above tank?

Just bought a purple slug on Saturday. After acclimatization, let go of the slug into the tank. However, 4 hours later, it died. Does it need good water parameters for it to survive?

Bought a copperband butterfly a month ago. Have been advised by lfs that it can be fed on pellets. Till today, I have not seen it eat the pellets (Ocean Nutrition Formula 2) except grazing on the live rocks and its still alive. As there is only one butterfly in the tank now, need advise on what else or any economical fuss free diet it can be fed.

Just bought a copperband butterfly on Saturday and when I looked at it this morning it has white spots all over the body. What do I have to do? Do I need to separate it from the rest of the livestock.

Refering to various species of clownfish. Looking at keeping a tank of clownfishes. Understand from one of the aquarium shops, certain species are peaceful and can be kept together. For example, Percula, Sebae, Tomato, etc is ok but not Maroon. Not sure if anybody has any prior experiences with a setup like that.

Any recommendations for a community of various peaceful clownfishes.

Hi Guys, Just started a tank. Any recommendations on a good community of about 4-6 fishes (abt 1" each) and variety of different species that can live harmoniously with one another. Prefably brightly coloured fishes.

Hi Guys, I am pretty new at reef keeping. Not sure if this is correct. Heard that shrimps are good at keeping the reef neat and tidy. Is this true? What type of shrimps do you guys recommend? Of course those that can leave harmoniously with the fishes as well. And what fishes to avoid when you have them around?
