Oic... thanks bros!!
Currently my chiller has been running for almost a wk.
According to Arctica FAQ site, it had mentioned that a proper sized chiller kicking-in pattern is (Kick-in: approx 1h 1/2min) , (Standby: approx 2hrs) which is quite similar to mine. So does tt mean i shd b thinking so much?

Any experts who would like to share your views?
Basically, i just need to know will there be major effect on the kicking in time. Pls share your views. Thank you very much!!

Hi Experts,
I have yet another brain teaser question which bothers mi for quite some time...
Well, recently i just bought an Actica 1/2HP commercial chiller (recommended flowrate 7.9~13.2 gpm/ 1800~3000 L/H). Thus, i bought myself one AquaBee 3000 (flowrate 3000 L/H).
However, i was then then told by the techincal staff that this chiller is not recommended to be running @ this rate. Instead it should be running @ a higher speed *The higher the better* .
Therefore my questions here:
1) Which pump should be recommended for this chiller then??
2) If my feeding pump flowrate double (eg 3000>6000), does that mean my tank temp cools double oso (1.5hr>0.75hr)??
3) If my feeding pump wattage double (eg 40>80W), will that cause the heat load to increase double oso??

Hi experts,
May i find if anyone of u here (especially RSM users) ever bought such equipment 'I-box' ? My understanding of this product is only that it enable water flows in/out main tank (referring to nano-tanks eg. RSM) but im not really sure of other further details.
My intention is to bring my RSM together with my existing 4ft + sump tank w/o drilling a hole on my RSM. If anyone here had been using or have heard of such product, kindly pls educate mi. Other details might includes:
1) Where to get
2) Price of tis product
2) Space required (Dimensions)
4 Other comments!
Thanks for your help once again!!

I used to have them all 3 together for abt a mth, but powder black (whitecheek) died due to not feeding (stress, bullied by other tangs).
But even if u have sucessfully intro them, they will still have occassion fights like wad my current powder blue+ powder brown+ blue tang did in my 4ft
Thus, I think i shall make a stop here... or else U r torturing the animals...
My method: Either intro them one shot, if not intro them with other species (many @ a shot) to confuse them... best is intro @ nite when everyone is Zzz

Wrasse that dun hide under sand?? Hmm, tats strange... From my humble experience, they shd be out in a couple of days... Keep a lookout during lights on, they will definitely come out for food.

Hi there, my troubled friend!! U may like to try out different types of pellets for your tangs. I have been toggling between Ocean Nutrition Formula 1 & 2 pellets for my Tangs and they hv been feeding well. It will be advisable to give em frozen brine/mysis shrimps and dry veg nori/flakes (OSI/Ocean Nutrition) in every meal.
For my feeding habits which they hv already got used with goes like this... 3-4 tablespoonful of Formula pellets + 2 blocks of brine/mysis shrimps+ dry Veg nori/flakes. Live brine shrimps per pack every once or twice weekly.
I always believe this... Even human will get sick if certain food is serve everyday!!! Thus, spare a thought for your babies... Hehe Good Luck!!!
