the first tank i have i noe is overlapping and my fish is overcrowded

so i rearrange and try to avoid overlapping and i have already take abt 8 fishes out from my tank.

yah i noe wat that banggai eat i alway feed my fish with brine shrimp

hi all i cant remove my demsel from the tank as they swim too fast and they keep hiding.. wat should i do? i currently have 8 fishes in my 2ft overflow tank. and i plan to get nicer fish and then remove the demsel but I canT~ i spend 1 hr and i cant remove it. help pls i do not wish to overturn everything as it will cause a sandstorm.
