I just called Sea Life. They are having a promotion now for H&S Skimmer. Due to the increase in Euro$, the per unit price is up by $100. e.g. 150-F2001 is selling S$950, up from S$850/unit.
Promotion - Buy 2 get the 3rd FREE.
so, if I can get 2 more buyers for 150-F2001 = (950x2)/3 = S$633.33/unit !! Its cheaper than S$850 !! I think it is close to the price if u get in HK ?? not sure

Anyone wanna start a bulk order on H&S skimmer for 850L outsump model?
Just call sealife, according to them, the promotion still the same like that last time...buy 2 get 1 free.
The stock for 850L model will be here on the 28th march.

ya lor...if S*al**e has the promotion again, then i wont hesitate to get a H&S skimmer...else i will order from myreefcreations.
Anyway, to get a MR-2 to singapore will also cost abt me abt SGD$600++. it only that MR-2 need a strong pumb to run while H&S skimmer is cheaper in a long run.

ya..if only the promotion is still on, however if there is no promotion and the price for H&S 850L skimmer is going to be $900++ after new yrs. i think it is cheaper to get MR-2 . IMO, MR-2 seem to be a much better skimmer then H&S Skimmer, dun u agree?

hmmm...it is abt 2mm thick and i dunno how long is it. the last time i saw him is abt 3cm long and of coz the other half of its body is in the rock.

The H&S skimmer comes with a aquabee pumb. so in other words, u dun have to buy any pumb.
