Technically when u deflate u should exhale so that ur body will have no air in the lungs
when u have go dwn to 5m, dive down at a 60 degrees???

Actually they usually will be offered a package by the diveshop when they diving with their group.

But actually its true to some stage that skinny ppl have a slight advantage over fatter ppl but it is not totally true as i have seen a really fat instructor diving without any weights.

aiya a simple recipe.
A)
tea leaf
rice
orange sugar
B)salmon.
put the A above on a alu foil and then into a wok.
Using a rack put the salmon on it and cover the whole wok with alu foil and on the fire. Smoked Salmon!!
