Have start this hobby not long ago and start to throw in all my money in it lol. Take with my HP cam so pic not so good with take it with my Dig Cam once my fri return me. currently no Chiller but wish to try SH and Bro here know SH can mix with hammer coral?

By the way I do have some hammer coral in my tank so will the hammer harm the SH?

Bro it ok we learn from here. ^^ I have visit SIM LIM and found this LED spot light cost $30 super bright I mean really bright and it run DC 12V. Why not after I finish my DIY light I post here, so if I fail maybe can share with others why it cant work and maybe from there plus some comment and improvement on it maybe can work ^^

Bro some info, Yes it may not be bright enough as told if your tank LS dont really need bright light can use LED. Some time LED not bright enough due to wrong control of amp. Using a AC to DC 12V ballast. LED only using 3V so you need to put res (ohm) in it to step down the voltage. If not wrong you can use 47 ohm(I think so). Type of LED you can choose those install in car system type. Those are bright enough to light ur tank but not to those coral that need high power light like MH.

This is the project that I make half way due to no time also waiting for my LED stripe. Below are the pic that I strip my spare 2 ft light with 2 switch so can on/off white or blue light. So now I only need to install ballast and the LED light.

Can, after I work on my 2ft light cause now on course busy. Latest by mid Dec I will finish it ^^. I will attach 2 LED strip like this type waterproof cost about less then $20 each. and need a balast AC to DC 12V and some wire to connect it. I have visit SIM LIM and saw some LED lamp like this Normal LED not so bright cost about $10 got one super bright cost about $30 if i not wrong is lvl 3 behind where the shop got display some LED outside for show. All run on DC 12V white, think got Blue also.
