  4. No time to maintain my tank anymore.

    Livestock:

    1 True Perc ($20) - bought from CoralFarm, was a pair but partner died.

    1 Flame Hawk ($50) - bought from fellow reefer a year ago.

    2 Pieces of Torch Coral ($20) - 2 heads on each piece, but 1 piece abit injured on 1 head.

    1 Red Brain ($10) - Abit bleached.

    Assorted mushrooms ($50) - take all. More than 20 polys.

    Take all livestock at $140.

    Both fishes been with me for more than a year and extremely healthy, feeding on everything, mysis, henry's food and pellets.

    Accessories & Food:

    Henry Food ($10) - bought about 1 week ago, more than 7/8 left.

    Goodbye PO4 ($10) - more than half left.

    API Stress Coat Anti Chlorine($10) - More than 3/4 left. 1.87 litres.

  5. Well, so if there's phosp and nitrate present, i should doze goodbye po4 and change water? which i already did.

    I'm getting a 2nd crystal pro DI unit from fellow reefer here at $70. I'm thinking getting a DI unit is better off than getting test kits?

  6. I'm actually having the same problem, but do not have a test kit to measure nitrate and phosp which is the main reason for algae bloom. But I've already used henry's goodbye PO4 and anti phosp media. And I've been changing 20% of my water weekly. Could tap-water be the main reason for the algae problem?

  7. i saw 1 of the reefers here having 1 equipment that cleans the sand effectively. and it wont pollute your water at all.. though u have to do it manually..

    i have one debelius reef lobster in my 2 ft tank can i still add sea cucumber? and i always see sea cucumber in long and huge sizes.. wonder if anyone saw smaller sizes one which is compatible for my 2ft tank?
