  1. Hi there. I'm trimming my chaeto tonight. As few reefers would be coming over to get the green monti in my other post. So I'll do as per usual, pack it ready for collection ( for the chaeto ) size of hand fist size per bags. Estimated to have for upto 4 or 5 reefers sharing each. Location is Hougang.

  3. I have few frags of green monti for sales after rescape. The frags size ranges from smallest 1inch to 2 inch. Price per frag is SGD5 each for the frags in the center and SGD10 for the frags on the left corner. Location is Hougang. Picture below showing the monti frags.

  6. Is form from medium pieces. Now still inside the 120L jerry drum bacteria culture. Maybe will bring it to my main tank tomorrow as recent return pump breaks down cause livestock all RIP and some SPS gone.
  7. Suggestion are welcome for the return pump outlet. The current plan is from behind which left 3 sides ( front and both sides ) clear for view as the wavemaker also mounting on the rear sides.
  8. Hi Sherman bro. I need to get the new plan worked out before commence as this will be the one massive as almost everything need to redo including cabinet, sump and also the power rail for lighting and also the electronics stuff. This is more massive than my previous DIY cabinet plus the tank.
  9. As my return pump failed and cause damages to my current livestocks and some of my sps STN. This further bring to my decision of bringing forward the DIY of the next tank that uses Acrylic. Below is the picture of my autocad design with bean animal overflow system hole allocated.
  10. I need to estimate what size of the pipe used as my current overflow is 40mm with 10l per hr return pump.
  11. For the 4ft, likely will use bean animal overflow...just playing with the piping dimension. My current 3ft side overflow is having 40mm pipe with durso configuration.

  13. Eversince the last 3ft tank with side overflow i have till now. My hand start itchy into acrylic material for the next project. Below are two design which i have in mind. a. Similar to existing 3ft side overflow tank, only different in material ( glass --> acrylic ) b. A 4ft tank with behind overflow. Any critics and comments are welcome. Thanks
  14. Didnt monitor that close on my magnesium. Due to it, the ph fluctuate and also my gonio not opening as was in the past. After constantly slowly increased back, now can observe the gonio starting extending its PE. Another symptom where i can use to monitor the magnesium.

  17. The rocks are done in epoxy and now undergoing bacteria culture with NSW inside by 120l jerry drum.

  19. Thanks bro... Now all the rocks undergoing vinegar rinsing inside the 120litre jerry drum. End next week with be start soaking inside nsw for bacteria culture.
  20. Is a good one for DIY LEDs. I'm using that and also using Arduino DIY controller for the LED controlling as well.

  22. I have to take some photos on the current scape before I forgot after cured all this rocks. Things to take note : Epoxy the rocks only after the vinegar sokaed as it will soften the calcium and algae deposited on the rock surface.   23. I have just soaked the 1pc of my rock with vinegar. Now is rinsed and let to dry before further running with sea water for removing the vinegar that stain inside the rocks. The rock after soak in vinegar. Picture of soaking in vinegar.
  24. The 3 pcs of dead epoxy rocks that will be going into my DT. ( work in progress ). The cable tie has been removed. These few pcs will undergo vinegar dip plus DI water rinse in the next coming couple of weeks before swap with my existing LR in the DT.
