So far tested with few hours of wavemaker blasting as shown below.
No leak and is time to seal the top panel and the overflow box.
Next phase is the cabinet work.

Water leak test with wavemaker pushing maximum flow.

Finally the top piece is on.
Will schedule for the water leak test soon.
Next phase would be the carpentry work.

Finally spend 6hrs cut out the top cover holes including sanding it for smooth surface.

Working on the top cover which needed to open 2 holes.
Started with one sided...still long process as is quite time consuming.

Top cover design changed and have to remove the extra to fit into the latest design specs.
Try out on the entire 4 pcs matching.
Top cover masked out the cut off area.

That is the angle clamp.
We used it for perpendicular support.
I don't have the manpower to hold that for overnight which factory area would be possible...but not in HDB flats.

Sad to hear that.
For the glue, you can use 688 silicone from cowning brand which is quite good. Can get from AMK industrial park 2 along AMK Ave 3.
You need to ensure that the area will be clean and dry else the leak will not resolve as the apply area must be clean first.
