me dose prazi twince to kill coraline algae cos overgrow whole LR but after coraline dead this red algae replace aiyo ... btw my nutrient consider high site becos if NO3 below 10ppm and PO4 below 0.1ppm my magnifica anemone will melt away so sps is ok with this nutrient level and those algae not killing the sps me ok with this already ...

trigger will not eat aiptasia ... seagrass filefish is a good aiptasia killer but not reefsafe especially for brain coral ... copperband, peppermint shrimp and berghia nudi etc is 50/50 depends on luck ...

Yes interpet7 very effective against brook even just bath the fish in a pail for 24hrs all brook gone and fish back to normal condition start feeding back but kenot put back to the same tank cause brook will come back after 2~3days so u still need a QT ... Formalin not easy to use me have no success with formalin ... brook not oni happen to clown fish but oso will spread to angel and tang ...

I have stung by sea urchin few times ... tuxedo not really pain but black long spined real painful remain about 1hr only after I take panadol acti-fast ... stung by foxface rabbitfish b4 really pain until kenot sleep more than 12hrs ...

me have use algone for many years ... never help on my redslime algae problem ... NO3 is reduce during using this product and crystal clear water is the main function for algone product from my experience ... maybe due to my ultra high nutrient tank , the bag turn very "fat" and floating on water surface after 4~5days than i throw it away ... I use about once every month ... the bag are floating becos of air trapping inside so slightly press the air out under water so it will sink ... usually after 2~3wks it will float just from some reefers here experience but my tank max up to 5days only it depends on nutrient level I think so after the bag float mean not functioning anymore can throw away ...

me have atleast 5 times chiller problem in my reefing especially happened during i'm oversea and everytime i lost many corals or almost whole tank crashed ... In my experience , 31C for not more than 24hrs is still ok for any coral just stress the corals will not kill them but for few days onward many will die especially most sensitive is not sps but soft finger and leather coral melt away directly ... but in my case , temperature sudden change from 25C to 31C or above ... If slowly raise the temperature take few weeks possible coral can survive for that temperature ... Legent , your led light and vortech pump will not increase tank temperature but most heat come from return pump too ... make sure your thermometer are accurate enough not giving wrong reading cause wrong info will misleading reefer hor ...

the calibration solution come with the Ca monitor but I fail to do the calibrate and error code showing either probe problem or calibrate solution contamination but i bought a new one wor really no idea ... Calibrate at lfs is more safe and lfs will settle for u if fail to do the calibration instead of after found any problem than bring back to lfs possible lfs not responsible later ...

I have bought a pinpoint Ca monitor at least 6yrs ago but u need to do calibration b4 u can start using it and I fail to do the calibration so it keep in my store until now mean never use b4 ... Pls ask LFS to calibrate for u b4 u bring back home ... I'm from Penang and my friend get for me from Sg LFS so not possible I can bring back to Sg for checking the unit ...

After the toby cunsume all bobbit worm , all sps have recovered but toby do nip on sps tip too but toby can easily remove from the tank ... those bobbit worm in my tank are small size and they move very fast ...

I have a lot bobbit worm in my tank last time that attack my sps but they only come out during night time and they move/hide very fast if u suddenly turn on the lighting ... I have put a toby and it really consume most of them in about 2~3weeks time but i not really understand how the toby consume them becos they only come out at night ... toby is not reefsafe they nip on sps tip ...
