Happened to me before when I use putty... much worse because aside from skimmer overflowing, there are microbubbles also everywhere. Usually takes a few days to subside and be back to normal. If you use a lot of epoxy, then it will take a longer period until the epoxy cures. Next time, better to use glue gel instead. No other way bro but to wait till it cures. Better to do small partial water change 10% everyday till you see improvements. Since you're doing water change then should be ok, but reduce feeding.

You see in LFS, most of the tanks are connected and share a common sump? Same will be for yours, but if you dont want to drill your 2ft frag tank, then advisable to use and external overflow box. Just plan you pipings well, perhaps some bros who have the same set-up can share their design or look through RC.

Hi bro, Nothing much to worry about... Naturally, it will take awhile for the chiller to chill down your entire water volume for the first operational. Once the entire volume of water run through the chiller, eventually you will notice the kick-in time will decrease. Resun CL280 pump recommendation is only 1500L/hr and you have mentioned yours is 2000L/hr, then should be enough unless you have a T-connection that can lower the flow rate. HTH
