  3. Quote from hubpages website:

Behavior : They usually dwell from bottom to top and across all the areas of the tank. They’ll often hide under stone/marble cave if there is any else they’ll lurk around live rock. They’re peaceful towards other peaceful tank-mates but they’ll often have conflicts with other butterfly fishes like Copperband butterfly fish and Racoon Butterfly fish. Also don’t place them with tang fishes. They’re not reef tank safe and will often attack other small invertebrate & small coral.

They’re popular in aquarium trade so there will not be much hassle to find and purchase them. In such case you can order them online. Their cost starts from 27$ onwards. You can keep multiple specimen inside one tank and there will not be much conflict if the tank is larger. For large saltwater aquarium setup they’ll put a good show.

    Quote from Liveaquaria website:

  5. Having 1 more wavemaker for your case is always better than none.

If there's dead spot, things like aglae etc will tends to grow more rapidly n also left over food particle etc wun be able to get filtered thou it will eventually disappear after some time.

Since we have a filter,of coz it's best that we can clear things up asap to enjoy a crystal clear marine life in front of us :)

Will do consider yr option bro... I try to adjust the wave maker if really not enough me will add one more bro...

  6. Good to know tat everything is going well, sorry didnt see your previous questiom...

Try to keep your PO4 and NO3 in control for now... PO4 and NO3 will be likely to increase when the feeding and bioload increase... Do water change weekly...

Hi bro Thankz for the advised on water change weekly bro..

Will still keep monitoring and hopefully it will really mature well like the senior reefers tank..

  7. Observed n c which part of your tank is not circulated, face your wavemaker at it.

Mostly can tell from the moving of the sand :)

    hi ducados..

so far my water movement is by 2 out let...

one facing directly to the left of the tank the other wave maker is pointing to the middle of the tank..

i believe there are some dead spot.. so dose this mean me have to place one more wave maker??

what will happen if there is dead spot??

    thankz

  8. hi reefers... now my tank have so far been stable...

its been nearly a week me place 2 clown and 2 dory fish.. and a elegance coral.

all fish been eating well and no sign of white spot or sickness and the best part is

the elegance coral and opening up like no body business... covering most of top, bottom, left and right rocks..

alot of other small corals left over by live rocks given to me starting to bloom.. and found a mushroom too..

will keep monitoring the tank... so far been good...

  9. Hi Bro,

    From the pic,

It seems that your wavemakers are located behind

and directly aiming towards more to your liverocks.

and thus on the both sides of your tank might be lacking

    a proper flow~~

Make sure that your livestocks is stack properly also.

Anyway, Keep us posted on the progress of your tank

yes bro its at the back maybe me will remove one of the wave maker.. or the extreme end wave maker me point straight??

and will do update bout my progress with the setup... if got anymore comments or advise pls do tell me.. thankz..
