i think anemone needs to be target fed. mine slowly became smaller and smaller (around 1 yr) then i started target feeding then it recovered back to life - big and spongee

Hi Folks, Our favorite fish in our 4ft tank is a male green mandarin dragonet. It's been with us for a year now and seems very happy. Now we are wondering if it is possible to add in a female mandarin so he will have a playmate. I have a 3 ft sump full of chaeto with pods, etc so I believe there will be enough food for 2 mandarins. Anyone added a second mandarin after a while can please share their experience? Thanks.

hi bros, my tank is a 4 x 2.5 x 2.5 with tunze 6045 and aquabee return pump (6000 ltrs/hr). is the tunze 6055 + controller enough to create a random flow? like those lps swaying left and right? due to tight budget i think this is the cheapest i can get to create the random flow :-( btw, i only keep softies and some lps no intention to keep sps thanks in advance.

Hi, I got this Spotted Hawkfish (around 2 inch) from a nice fellow reefer a few days back. Before putting in my DT I've placed it at the sump to test it's aggressiveness and unfortunately it was attacking my snails. So conclusion not for tank with snails, shrimps, etc. It is a very cute fella (goes near the glass when I open the sump door) but he needs a good home not a sump :-P PM me if interested. Please pass me some Chaeto in exchange.

as the water goes down to certain level. i've put in a float switch to automatically turn on a pump to top up. using up around 500 ml of water everyday on my 4ft tank.
