  1. Agree with Minsmarine. We will feel hungry if we dont satisfy ourselves with the food we crave for. Happens to me sometimes.
  2. Ive bought it before. Managed to keep it for a few months, then the water started to get dirty and Im suppose to order some 'special' detrirus pump from America to clean the water. Thinking back, its not worth it. Basically, they are just brine shrimps but I was fascinated by the caricatures drawn on the packaging. This was a few years back. Bought two sets, one was 'circus' and the other was 'glow in the dark'. Hahaha
  3. Its eating, but only seaweed. Anyway, u mean there is a possibility that fishes sold in Singapore are caught by using cyanide, a method which is frown upon?
  4. The fishes I have are really choosy eaters. My clarkie clown doesnt eat frozen shrimps and only eats pellets while my BT only eats frozen shrimps and some seaweed, so I have to feed them separately, feeding pellets for the clown then shrimps for my BT. Now my scopas tang is really making me worried man....
  5. Your tank is beautiful, not forgetting the cats, they are really cute...
  6. My scopas tang is a finicky eater and only eating a bit of the seaweed that's given. He is not eating any other food that is offered such as pellets, frozen shrimps and lettuce. He only eats the algae present on my snail's shell. Is there any other way I can get him to eat the food that's offered?
  7. I was crying out 'wow' when looking at the pics of your tank. Really colourful...
  8. Beautiful tank..that angel is really a beauty.
  9. I think 'cheapo' brand will do the job. Ive been using it since the first day I set up my marine tank and there have been no problems.
  10. Tanks featured are really beautiful.
  11. Cant we just dip the fishes in fresh water for a few minutes to kill off the white spots. Thats wat I read in one of the marine books at Kinokuniya. Oh ya, the shrimps u keep are not cleaner shrimps? If they are, they usually 'clean' the fishes if there are white spots.
  12. Is that how it looks like when its fully opened? From the pic, it looks like as though its not fully opened.
  13. Ya...looks like a scopas tang.
  14. Nice tank. Maybe its better to put in a skimmer. Maybe those normal air wood type will do. Better than having no skimmer.
  15. Think it depends on the height of the tank.
  16. hahahaha Anyway, thanks Ekia for the explaination.
