Understand your frustration....but take a moment to consider that perhaps your mom was just trying to show an interest in your past-time, hobby....if indeed that was so...u shld count yourself lucky. I guese educating your mom is a way to avoid further angst but losing your cool and hving an argument doesn't seem like a harmonious way to settle this. Keep your cool.

No prob. Stand extend to almost 4ft. Moreover, there is an option to hang. See pic.

Actual length is about 98cm. I c no problem for a 80 cm tank becos there are allowance (about 10 cm on either sides) before the lights begin (see pic). The front cannot be lifted but there is no need since it's so light u can carry it up easily for any maintanence.

Hi All, I just upgraded my lights and I hv a Jebo 3ft MH for sale. It's 1x150w (20K) + 2x21w PL with individual switches. Used for less than 2 months, hv receipt and it's like new. The plus points why you shld consider this set are : a. its the new Jebo version with electronic balast. b. very light in weigth. c. produces very natural shimmering lights d. finally thinking of switching to MH from (say) PL or T5 e. at a discount price u get something which is as good as new Purchased price at $378 on 6 Feb 05. Asking $300. Negotiable but a good sense of sensibility would be appreciated since its less than 2 mths old.

Hi, I hv a rather 'strange' situation. Hope bros here will be patient. I currently hv a CL 280 and will be aquiring a CL 650 soon after upgrading from a 3 ft to a 4x2x2.5 tank. Instead of selling the CL 280 (probably at a loss), I m thinking of keeping it and running it concurrently with the CL 650. Question is - what is the cost considerations. Will it be more? Logically, if two chillers are working it should be. But when u think about it, two chiller also meant shorter running time to chill up the water - so there again, it might be cost saving. I m not sure. Any bros care to comment from this angle. Constructive and pertinent comments and advices only pls. I hv a week heart.
