Hi Marko, u might wanna try red sea apitasia x, has worked extremely well for my tank. I inject them at first sight, and I don't see them again.
Yes Tufobox... is a good product!

Thanks for sharing your tank here. following this thread.
Thanks a lot!

Hi Marko, thanks for sharing your setup. Great tank you have there.
For Aiptisia removal, try Copperband butterfly or some other natural predator for it.
I had crazy outbreak after using chemicals on them.
After adding a natural predator, clean as new.
My 5 cents worth of advise.
Thank You Tench1!
I've already try with Chelmon Rostratus, but he didn't like my aiptasia (problably my aiptasia was more big than him!!! :D )... After five months he died.
Last weekend i've remove aiptasia with white vinegar and syringe!

50% less....wow..
I don't think that the products ar cheapest, they can sell all online.
Do you know some your online coral store that can ship in Europe?

I know this salt.. it's very good. I've try too Red Sea Coral Pro Reef Salt and Royal Nature. Good togheter but the last one melts soon.
How is the prices for an common Acropora frag?? In italy we pay around 35€/40€ (60 SGD) for 5-6 cm in a coral shop, and 50% less between private reeefers....

Nice tank there and good selection of corals.
Might be a silly question, but may i know what are the most popular Activated carbon/ Resin for NO3/ PO4? also, in term of fish food?
Hi Andtsg,
Most populars activated carbon are Equo (http://www.equoitaly.com/ ), Acquaristica ( http://www.aquaristica.it/index.asp ), Korallen Zucht (http://www.korallen-zucht.de/)
And the most popular Resin for po4 is Rowaphos, no doubt!
I prefere use Activated Carbon occasionally and i prefer never use Resin for po4... only extraordinarily in case of problems, new rocks layout, etc... i prefer don't get over with nutrients and let remove it only by skimmer and bacterial colony without external support.
Deep Sand Bed help me so much to carry on a low cost maintenance. It thinks to all.

Thank You subzerolt, My ups work on just one Vortech, one router, one netbook. I can control it with Teamviewer from Smartphone if all is ok. Last year i was without energy for 14 hours, i don't had ups yet, luckly the outside temperature was the same of water, i've carry on my tank moving water manually....was enough! No deads. So i think that is sufficient 1 propeller pump for more times possible.Nice tank!Which specific equipment do you hook up to your UPS? -
Grazie Bunstera! E Buongiorno anche a te e a tutto il Singapore Reef Club! Much colonies was frags 2 years ago...the best satisfaction!Buongiorno bro! Lovely tank... filled with beautiful sps colonies... -
Hi James and tank you!! My tank is 2 years old, and from first day i used Radion G2. I've need wait before insert first SPS...around 6 months...but now my sand is mature and guarantee me low nutrients.Welcome to SRC marko83, beautiful tank you got. I love the simplicity. How old is the tank now? &, how long have you been using the radion G2 on it?Cheers,Jameshttp://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/topic/105744-the-journey-to-the-valley-of-the-reef-by-james/'>http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/topic/105744-the-journey-to-the-valley-of-the-reef-by-james/ -
Thank you so much!!!Very beautiful tank ! -

Very nice colours. Can share what type of system you running for eg. Zeovit, biopellets
Hi ClementC and thank you!
I don't use bacterial reproduction systems because i've 12cm Deep Sand Bed.
This system is enough for going on my tank. A right fishes population and an oversized skimmer give me an balanced system.
I feeding only my fish, and never my corals.

Hi Macro,
Looking at the awesome photos, I wouldn't have known you are from Italy.
You have beautiful scape, amazing corals and excellent maintenance. Well done! How's the reefing scene in Italy compared to Singapore?
Thank you bro!
I'm happy that like you!
Studying yout threads i think that we are on the same level... we use the same brands for techology ... from USA or Deutschland. We know some brand of your conutry....Skimz on top. I don't know what you know of ours..
Maybe with a long exportation we've more additional prices of you on corals or fishes...
My maintenece is more natural possible. I don't feed corals but only fishes one time everydays. I change 40Lt on 360lt weekly with Royal Nature salt in R/O Water.
Tech:
-2 Radion G2 (High Growth Mode, 12 hours/day)
-2 Vortech MP40 (Pulse Mode Asyncro)
-Tunze Doc Skimmer 9415
-Deltec Ap701 Calcium Reactor loaded with A.R.M. Carbsea
Sometimes i add Sr, B, and K in liquid buffers.
Except remove Aiptasia soon ( ) .... have some advise for me?!?!
bye alllllll
