Don't need HDB license to install aircon unit. Unless you intend to hack down the entire wall or you intend to site your compresssor away from your designated aircon latch.

Yo, how are you? Yes, your SPS is light shocked, this is common if they are exposed to LED for the 1st time. I am using LED too and I usually start my coral slightly lower and move them up. If I have to placed them high up from the start, I will reduce the light intensity by 50%. Hope that helps.
