    Salam, saya baru berjinak jinak ngan marine jadi kalau ade ape2 bole saya mintak tolong ajar ye...

    Selamat menceburkan diri dalam hobi yang tak ada kesudahan nya kecuali mencapai tahap peringkat bosan..

    Saya pun baru cenceburkan diri dalam arena ini... Mohon tolong beri bimbingan dan tunjuk ajar dalam hobi ini..

    Kepada semua reefer2 melayu di sini, pada 13 hari bulan July, sekumpulan reefer2 melayu akan mengadakan santai2 di west farm pada tgh hari....

    Jikalau ada sesiapa yg berminat untuk turun serta dalam rounding2 di west farm, sila letak contact no anda disini untuk pertemuan di sana.

    Need Advice - Ammonia smell in DI water

    Bro.. I think the smell came from the water that was stored in the DI unit itself after you shut the incoming and outgoing valve of the unit for a period of time.

    How I found out, when every time I use the DI unit, first few min nothing happen but after awhile the smell starts to come. It took about 10 to 15 min for the smell to clear, depending on your flow. After that no smell all. Checked the TDS, both the same with or without the smell.

    I believe when there is no water flow in the DI unit, that's where the gas smell developed. Not sure if it the mixture of tap water with resin or carbon reaction that causes the smell. Or it could be both.

    I just get the packed one. And i feed all in 1 go as i don't have algae to feed the balance if i will to keep them.

    Not into breeding kit. You need to do daily feeding if u intend to get the kit.

    Bro.. Feed all in 1 go meaning you just pour the whole content of the package in your tank or sump?
