It's a super good choice of rocks! I love that and make placement of coral easy. I can see that fishes will have a fun time in that rockscape!

All started with just one polyp

I'm not sure whether u can dip to remove it. But I know hydroids grow fast and can be irritant to nearby coral.
Isolate it first?

Finally back to reef after i decomm my 422.. As a family man, 1st obstacle to reef is permit from ur minister of home affair. I finally got thru and hold the permit in hand.. 1 stage cleared.
Recap abit, 1st tank was a 40cm cube IOS then upgraded to a 422. More details can search around for my old thread.
Back to topic. Choosing between 3x1.8x1.8 IOS or a 322 with sump.. Final decision go to 322 with sump as I got it free from a reef from another forum. Good gesture.
Called up 3 mover to get quote and finally decided to hire TMAS (Tank Mover Aquatic Services) from the usually mover i always hire. The service is good and they will go the extra miles to make life easier for u.
Tank arrived!
Setting up.. The previous owner cleaned up the tank that save me alot alot of trouble.
Done!

Im always curious how long would a single head zoas grow into, maybe 5 head?
Do u hv any estimation ?
I started my tank in May. Bought about 3 polyps of UC. And they are fast growers
Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
Different zoas grows at different rate even though they are given the same exact condition side by side.
Example... This UC started with 3 polyps. And it exploded in the next 3 months.
Some just grow super slow in my tank like sunflower. Quite difficult to say.
Generally once they start growing, usually is a little bit faster.

I am lucky to view the zoas in person, they are super nice and healthy. I am surprised to see some zoas response to feeding.
Hey it's my blessing to have a great reef conversation from a experience reefer. Will dropby your place to witness it myself since I always go to the east often.
