if your anemone is dying .. it is better to take precaution by taking it out since it can caused your tank being polluted. Actually anemone need a mature tank ... how old is ur tank? It is suggested that anemone sld be kept in a tank more than a year old.

Something ich is caused from the fish being stress so avoid putting ur hand inside the tank often. I would agree that the best solution is putting the fish in another tank and start the medication but if cant the fish what i do last time is to soak ur fish food with garlic juice and hope for the best. And in my case the ich on my tang disappear.

When i was cycling my tank last time the shimp simply gone when i finished the cycling process. Basically u can take out the shimp when the cycling process finished ... so do the necessary test to determine whether ur cycling process is over or not.
