a LFS is selling me a Resun CL-650 chiller for S$600 but i heard Resun has so call the newer and older batch, the latter being the noisy batch and the newer ones are much improved and very quiet. How can i tell the old from the new ? packaging design ? manufacturing date ? or ? Don't want to throw in that much of money and in the end kanna cheated... so come here to seek advises first.
