It looks like tail rot. Usually, tail rots happen as a result of a primary infection. Is your water clean? Is the clownfish eating well?

I have a qt tank that is running different paras from my display tank. No problem with all my fishes as a drip acclimate them until the ratio of the old tank water to new is 1:2.

1) Beamwork - relatively inexpensive and can be found on carousell for tight budget
2) kessil - one of the top brands. Would strongly recommend saving up for x2 a80 lights.

I used to try all sorts of medication. It will work and then the ich come back afterawhile. Ended up spending $50 to setup a qt tank and was one of the best investments i have made
