PM me @ 96608708 if interested. FCFS basis (:
FYI, one big square of the eggcrate (4 small squares) is approximately 23mm in length.
Yumas may not appear circular now, as they may moulded themselves around the piece of substrate that they have attached to.

Hehe. I 32 Liao. But look 23 hahahaha
Yup I spend and do a lot of research before I step out my 1st. And also there's a few reefer guides me though out the process.
You ? How old are you?

There is no time period for cycle, you should look for an amonia spike followed by nitrite spike (amonia will go down), until both are 0, don't settle for anything less than that, after both value are 0, 20%-25% water change and you are ready to start, start means 2-3 fish, wait 3-4 weeks, and same number again, let the bacteria population build up gradually, slow is fast.., patience is key
Thanks for sharing. Appreciate

Hi guys,
During the fallow period when there is no fish (no bio load at all), is there a need to throw in some dead prawn/fish food to keep the BB alive?
I put in dead prawn for 10days
After that I throw the deal prawn.

So basically now just WC weekly
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Lol my tank took 5 weeks to cycle ... you can minimise cycle time but I'd say just be patient good for Long term

That's a very huge tank with a neat setup! My suggestion is quarantine whatever fish you bought at a isolation tank so you won't be introducing ich.
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
How Long should I keep the new fish in the isolation tank before introduce the fish to my tank?

Hope all the experts reefers can share some tips with me.!
