    Possible bulk purchase for Uniseals

    i)Hi folks , I am planning to purchase some uniseals from Australia for my DIY project but due to the significant cost of shipping , have decided to ask around in this forum if anyone needs these uniseals too ?

    iii) Please check the size required and pm me qty so that I can consolidate and forward to Australia for a quotation .Deadline by 25 July 07 Friday 1200hrs .

    iv) In line with the regulation set by SRC , I posted this bulk order here after confirming that i) Uniseals are not available locally, ii) none of the sponsors sell uniseals . I hope I do not violate any regulations by posting here" unless I accidentally missed any" after my post has been closed by some " other forum" on grounds that I did not seek proper consent prior to initiating a bulk order...huh? :sick: , I hope such regulation don't apply here?

    v) I am doing this bulk order on my own initiative so as to benefit other reefers around and create activities in forum at e cost of my TIME( ie, arranging meetup and collection after that)! So hope moderators and members can appreciate such a small service by me. :thanks:

    NO mah, i know e karma thingy...but this guy doesn't seem to go ard killing animal loh, but merely educating the public abt wildlife so wat karma r we refering to? unless i miss out something interesting abt him that i m not aware of. :rolleyes: if like tat , then heaven will have eyes on all of us based on our daily food staple. :huh:

    anyway, its a sure big loss for Australia. God bless his family. :nc:

    hey guyzs, was actually following through the case for the past few days abt this lady..

    recalled some time back someone suggested that kopi tiam is a place for marine related stuff. If's tat the case , this previous few post is just as amusing and ironic isn't it, since it is non marine related, but lady related. :lol:

    seriously whether this lady is a genuine reefer or not , no one knows, other than perhaps the moderators who accepted her membership. or unless we can jio her out to verify.reefers like Bro minsmarine, hermit, diabolus, Rav_65 etc,majority know they are genuine reefers cos of their active participation in reefing threads, and it has been a joy reading their posts for knowledge, but lets give a benefit of doubt to this lady/guy who might be new in this hobby? and who might find that talking "off topic stuffs" is even more interesting than reefing? Such behaviour is not uncommon in even other forums like dog , car or computer forums.

    Perhaps, mods can give a definition to the term " Kopi-Tiam", what can be talked and what cannot be talked abt to prevent such a regrettable debate from arising in future?

    Lastly, I hope that u guyzs can give dire respect to woman in general.If u r gentleman enough to give way to younger reefers during cheonging, to offer rides for strangers out of Pasir Ris, or even gentleman to address each other as bros, then y not extend this gentleman behaviour to yr daily personal conduct? ie, if yr daughter or wife participates in a forum and gets harrassed by the members, how would u feel for your spouse or daughter? :blink:

    I believe all u guyzs here are a great gang of nice ppl afterall.

    ps: not on either side , but speaking on a neutral ground, wait scali the hot topic in kopitiam becomes " Who's this french in SRC.... :yeah:

    bulk order or not ?

    Hi Nemokid, I think majority of the reefers here are very " zhi tong" (Automatic) one.

    Usually , reefers initiate bulk orders only on the following circumstances;

    1) If the item is not readily available in the Asia Market.

    2) If the item is available in the mkt, but excessively priced in the ind opinion as compared to the USA.

    3) Or if the item in question is available in Spore Mkt but of a slightly inferior brand or quality.

    4) The manuafacturer entertains non-buisnessman like normal reefers and provide bulk discounts.

    5) If the LFS owner refuses to bring in a pdt despite numerous pesters by reefers.

    If common items concerned, there is no justification why reefers shld even bulk order in the first place , eg. Fish Food that is readily available in the market.

    Think it would be advisable not to do price comparison at any shops you visit the next rd, this is the common etiquette and courtesy most of us uphold to create a amicable relationship between LFS and reefers. :peace:
