Hihi,
I have a wrasse, not sure if it is a melanurus wrasse though to give away.
However, do note that it is blind on one eye so he may need more time to hunt for its food. Otherwise, it is still very healthy.If you do not mind caring for it, please PM me. Thanks.

Oh if your rocks are locked then move your light to another spot. That may work.

Have some patience. Re-position your rocks such that your anemones are not in a happy place to receive the light. At some point they will move, that’s when their hold are not that strong. Then you can remove them.
