Recently I just buy 2 anemones for my clowns.
However the anemones hide themselves in one corner under the rock. What should I do.

Im using QQ3. I had the same bubble issue like you before. Try to increase height of cup.

The bubble escape from here. No matter what height I adjust for the cup or water level.

Misalignment...leaking somewhere between the cup & holder
But I can only adjust the cup up or down

For corals, definitely a sump tank where you can fit in a skimmer. In a tank with corals as the main focus that + an ato system is all you need for low maintenance corals imo

Thanks for the advice

Canister or hang on filter + skimmer.
I feel that mechanical filtration not so effective in saltwater.
So for me I just using hang on filter to put bio media and chemical filtration like activated carbon, GFO etc
Ok thanks for you advise

Ok, then u can consider canister but you need to clear regularly. If u want nice looking then sump is gd for you.
For me I will still use big hang on filter and hang on skimmer.
Add a bit more rock for bacteria.
You mean use canister with hang on filter and skimmer?

What volume of your tank?
If less than 50L, a big hang on filter can already.
Just required to do 10 to 20% water change every weeks.
30 gallon

Just bought a 50cm cube tank. I am planning to setup a LPS reef tank with minimal fishes.
I am considering to get a canister filter or setup a sump tank. Anyone can advise me.

Been there done that lol, word of advise is if u really passion about reefing just whack big quality tank. For nano tank what they say about swings is all real, my tank crash b4 becos of noob-ness, even if u pro and manage to keep all tings alive in nano, one day u realized not enough space for corals and fish,u wan more. Now reflecting back, i rather got the big tank in the first place and would have save more money by doing things right the first time lol. Finally for big tanks u need to plan around it, like are u moving hs soon, regular travel cos of work or baby commitments. Really need to think things thru as reef tank really need to put effort to look nice no joke, if u slack on maintenance u will get a shitty tank and waste ur own time & money only...just sharing my 2 cents
