Some new additions...
So excited so see orange/green Anemone splitting into two from 5cm small body. They have been moving toward the big white Anemone and staying very close. Wondering if it’s being stung that cause them to split or do they usually spilt at this size?

Am dosing following 1 time a week. Not sure if it’s good enough...
1. Reef Strontium
2. Reef Iodide
3. Reef Plus
My water perimeter is quite weird, give up trying to correct it since coral seem well.
1. Calcium 600-650ppm (too high)
2. KH maintaining at 10dKH (quite stable)
3. PH between 8.15 to 8.3 (stable)
4. NO3 above 40ppm (too high)
5. PO4 around 0.25ppn (stable)
6. Salinity 1.026(stable)
Trying to reduce bio load (remove fish) and waiting for Algae to populate. Still a trial tank... haha

Just sharing a DIY external Chaeto + Algae Box to see if it benefits community...
1. Mini pump adjustable to 300 Litre / hr.
2. Tubing to Rain pipe.
3. Clear acrylic panel roughen surface with attached net.
4. Daiso box & lid L350xW200xH120
5. Guided water fall using transparency sheet with floater.
6. 5050 120 LED/m RGB light with wifi control unit. Enable time programming and color selection.

Yes, the bottle (with bottom holes) string method works when fishes chases food into bottle.

Hi... like to have some advice here on methods to catch fish within reef tank full of rock. Am trying to remove a damsel that pick on coral but with no success. Once the fishes saw the net, they went to hide even with food around.

After 10 years of inactive saltwater aquarium and initial unsuccessful trials, finally it’s back to live again with much satisfying results!

Zoas shrinking - help

Hi. My zoas was well but last few days it’s been shrinking and I noticed another soft coral is growing. Not sure if is a pest? Are they the reason and should I pull them out?
