I installed some new lights for my toilet and found them to be quite bright (Very bluish tint, 10,000K above maybe). Later I found these tube to be 38W... Went to a shop and found the ballast was quite cheap (<$10) The Ballast itself (Electronic Ballast) has a built in socket where the 2D tube fit in nicely. I bought a set of 21W 2D Tube and Ballast for less than $20... Those interested in Powering up your Nano tank (1ft Cube) can seriously consider this type of lighting... with a 38W tube, you can achieve 6Watts per Gallon... WPG more for Planted, does it work for Marine? Those bigger tank can install more, typical 4 x 2 x 2 tank with 8 sets of 38W can achieve 3WPG... 21W tube will be 142mm x 142mm, 28W, 38W and 55W, are all 204mm x 204mm

Run down to SimLim Sq and buy one for as cheap as ~$70 to $100++ (Tower CPU + LCD monitor can last ~30min). Connect the UPS to low power equipments, like circulation pumps, even return pumps. Those cheap ones can't last very long. UPS with more power rating that last longer cost > $200.
