  1. its reserved for now. thanks for the interest :)

my luck like quite good with clowns. bought 2 skunks, they paired up and host my anemone. then bought 2 black clowns, and they also paired up and host my frogspawn. then bought these 2 tomatoes and they paired up to host my bubble....hehehe....i got golden hands man....

but no eggs so far, so kinda disappointed. reason im selling them is because they are chasing the blacks too much.

  2. hi all,

does anyone here have the hp no of lifesource? either michael or belle. they closed a few weeks ago and didn't return my $50 deposit after promising to. now they simply hang up their office phone. im kinda pissed at them. i keep the bottles at home, wait for them, and they fly me aeroplane. $50 is small amount, but im dulan at people who don't keep their word. if they have financial problems, just tell me can already.

if anyone has their tel no. pls pm me. i want to call and f them. money they can keep.

    thanks!

  3. hey guys, im going to go with the $45/kg shop. going to order today and get from them tomorrow. if you are interested, pls pm or list your name here before 5pm k?

  4. i got this stuff from naka a while ago, and have been dosing it quite consistently into my sump. its super effective in low dosage. first time i did it, i overdosed and my sailfin and regal tang died :(

there has been an obvious reduction in hair algae. as far as i understand, the feso4 will precipitate into a brownish powder that turns the tank light brown. because of that i use a lot of filter wool and the tank clears right up within a few hours.

my lps and fishes are ok with the amount i dose now (which is about 1/4 teaspoon per 100 gal). no strange behaviours.

however, if you have sps, it might be a real good idea to do it naka's way. im a pretty lazy bum :P

it's a great way to reduce phosphate and the best thing is that it's damn cheap compared to rowa

    many thanks to naka :)

  5. hi all,

im going to buy some ferrous sulphate to reduce phosphate. its damn useful and cheap (as compared to rowa or sorb 4).

i got some from Nakazoru a couple of months ago.

im still searching for a cheaper source. if anyone is interested, i will be more than happy to get some for you as well.

also, please let me know if you know anywhere else that sells cheaper. the quotes that i got are about $60/kg, which is 3 times more than Nakazoru's.

  6. hi guys,

im selling my 3 ft starphire tank as im going to downgrade to a smaller tank.

the tank itself (with the starphire front panel) cost me $310 and is about one year old now. im looking at around $200. it comes with a wrought iron stand coated thickly with anti rust paint.

the sump is an empty tank that i use mainly for my skimmer. its actually the old diamant panel tank i had before.

here's a pic of the tank when i first got it.
