Hi Does anybody know of any website that shows(with pictures) the various types of disease/parasites on fish look like. Sometimes without recognising how it looks like ,wrong medication maybe put into the quarantine tank.

Hi I am new to Tunze product. If the pump for Tunze skimmer is spoiit, how do we change the pump. Is it a proprietary pump and will it be expensive ? Can we use some other pump instead ?

Hi All I would like to find out a few things about UV and Ionizer to treat parasites. i am not having any corals in my tank 1 Which is more effective- UV or Ionizer to kill parasites eg White Spot etc ? Will the parasites return to begin the 2nd cycle again after killing off the 1st cycles ? ( Parasites have a 10 to 14 days incubation period) 2 Which is a cheaper option to do the job effectively ? 3 Does either method disrupt the biological system ie kill off the good bacteria ? 4 Do u need to switch on 24X7 ? 5 Currently, I am using AquaPharm to kill the white spot which i think may disrupt the biological system. Is there any other medication which can kill the parasites without using UV or Ionizer. I am trying to keep my tank simple for easy and cheaper maintenance

I would like to have a low power consumption power head. Current power head taking to much power (100 watts) but only delivers 2880 litres/hr. My current power head is not strong enough because there seems to be a lot of tiny dust/dirt floating in the aquarium.
