Bleh jugak.....kalau kau nak kasi dgn flame angel kau skali laaaagggiiiii orait.... ....amacam jadik........ nanti gua call lu lah.....pasal gua pun ada nak ambik benda kat si budak Azman tu.......kesian.....kupang sengih dia dah tak bersengeh lagi .......sumbing...... *kupang sengih kat fish tank besar.....makan kegemaran......dimasak cara thai, melayu, cina....ah!!!!!.....peduli hapa....janji kupang........*

OOooooo.....baru pakcik tau...... Anyway lu punya tak teruk beb...dulu gua ada member pindah ruamh yg kat sebelah rumah lama dia....pegi pondok polis cuma tukar no pintu.....poli pun blur....

Kalau pakai kipas.....try pakai timer sekali....put timer to start dari pukul 11.00am sampai pukul 6.00pm.....inbetween kalau nak off pun boleh tapi petang2 selalu panas..... Kalau pakai ice...tak tahan lama.....paling lambat satu jam dah cair beb..... Kalau nak lagi bernas......lu taruk lu punya aisbox kat sebelah tank lu....tebuk lubang...masuk kan getah paip...taaadaaa....chiller zaman jahiliah..... *tapi memang betul.....dulu2 diorang 1st buat chiller macam ni....gua ada terbaca kat mana gua tak ingat.....*

I think Mediacorp ever runs an articlle on thsi tank during their news braodcast....they commented on the specs of the glass thickness & such &...if my memory serves me well...the cleaning crew...& i don mean thos sea cucumbers....they employed qualified divers to clean the glass & since those corals are artificials....they need cleaning too....i think its an every day affair......

Use a glass cleaner with a metal or plastic scraper, preferably plastic, that has an extended handle....try buying those that the cleaning head can be interchangeable between scrubbing-pads-like head, scraper head or etc...... I use a wooden stick to disturb the sb once a week so that the detritus will be blown away. But 2.5' depth...is it overall height or viewable height....? which ever one....once a coral drop to the bottom or a ls die inbetween lr.....chialat lah.....

Itu bermakna....tank lu belum `kaw' lagi.....cuba lu hias cantik2.....confirm dia mesti suke & akan terdiam untuk selama-lamanya.....macam bini gua jugak.....sampai di pun sekaki support gua punya hobby..... Tapi belanja untuk benda ni biarlah beradat.....jgn sampai lupa daratan....& lautan... ...pasal lambat-laun ada yg naik jelak teeerrruuuusss give-up.....

Lu punya barang tak payah champion2 lah.....janji tank takde algea....ikan2 lu hidup...sua kira ok lah tu... kalau lu tau susun lu punya batu mesti cantik punya.... Kalau lu takde masa...lu nak downgrade to 2ft pun kira orait......kalau lu downgrade then lu punya equipment tak payah let go pasal semua sua kira untuk tank besar jadi kalau lu pakai untuk tank kecik mesti ok.....takyah buang duit lu beli equipment baru......

Does it matter....?....cause even with UV....some tank had an outbreak of algea....even white spot still exist......I know cause I was using one....but in the case of coralline.....I don think UV will have much effect on its growth.....good lighting...eg MH+Atinic......stable calcium level in water.....good quality salt...especially Cor*&life....which some reefer swear on it for coralline growth....me included....good filtration+skimming as usch that nuisance algea don thrive...in no time...WALA...coralline lah brudder.....!!!!!!

Like I said....use a small skimmer....maybe can borrow one of those Weipro venturi skimmer.....the smallest one like the 2012 will to the job enough.....thats is where U will not have those smelly things reeking from Ur tub..... Check out with other reefers here if they have any Weipro to lend U....mine...sold liao lah.......

Can check the Mods...better still....check with the Boss himself.....

One thing one must be advise is that U must.....MUST....tell the tank maker what U wan...eg....how the piping should be done....what size of piping U wan.....insist on certain special spec eg thickness of glass if u have the needs..... Overall if U don know what U wan & require then U can always ask the people here or sit down & talk to the tank maker themselves.......

Personally...if Ur bio load can be reduced by the use of a certain skimmer then that skimmer iss for Ur system setup.... It should be able to rid most of the nutrients at which the break out of cyano, slime, etc is very minimise or total zero.....then that is a good skimmer

Im not sure if this happen when I initially run it on my 5 ftr.....its was okay when I ran it on my 3 ftr.......its been almost a year now that my 5 ftr up & running...never really notice how long it takes to cool down or how long before it cut-in again...... Anyway I already remove the back cover of the chiller so that more warm air blowing out of the chiller instead of circulating in it..... I was also informed that the length of time it takes to chill could be due to the warm weather that we were having this fast few days & the chiller may take shorter running time during the cooler season...saaayy....in Nov or Dec.....

One thing about frozen meat is that U should freeze it one time only & not freeze, then de-frost & freeze again continuously. The condition of the meat will deteriorate upon doing so.... So its better that the seafood are fresh & raw when U purchase them from the market...process it then freeze it into smaller portion so that U will take only small portion during feeding..... U can buy those frozen seafood marinara from the market & don't worry about the chlorine contentas loong as U don was them under tap water before processing but the product wont be that good because U don know how many times it had gone through the freezing & de-frosting cycle.... my 2 cents,....
