IMHO, if he's active in the other forum then it it naturally for him to place his bulk order there just like you have the choice to post your comments here. Right?

Price even "cooler" at $139 a piece versus $200 for a similar unit sold at Clementi according to one reefer's posting.

This is a good pump as I have been using this more than 2 years as a in-sump return pump non stop 24x7 hours other than switching it off for maintenance.

Our country is reputable to being the top five countries in the world having the cleanest water direct from our tap.
This simply means that we have the least amount of impurities in our water unlike other countries where the reefers need to have RO/DI units to "purify" the water for aquarium usage or drinking consumption.
IMHO, our tap water doesn't warrant us to use costly RO equipment to further "clean" impurities in our water other than chlorine, chloramines, phosphates, heavy metals and many others.
Having a DI unit is a better alternative, I think, to remove phosphates, silicates, nitrates, etc which is recommend for a reef tank.
Fyi, the water in the following areas were tested with a TDS meter with the following result unlike other countries having high reading measurement readings:
1) Sengkang - 80 ppm
2) AMK - 75 ppm
3) Redhill - 85 ppm
4) ToaPayoh - around 80+ (can't remember)

From experience it is quite messy during changing media with the Resun FBF or rather got to use strength to remove the cover unlike the PhosBan Reactor which is so much easier.
Now my resun sitting in the store room.

Didn't use this as a wavemaker but rather a circulation flow pump to get rid of blind spots.
Clean them when the flow has weaken which is usually about 3 months but it depends on your tank condition.

although it seem like cheap brand but it can control the PH and ORP seems like it is a good equipment....
It doesn't comes with the probes and Aqua Medic product is not cheap.
Henry - Will only buy if able to get them together as I wouldn't want to take the risk of using the ozonizer EOZ-300Y without the ORP Controller. The estimated cost is about 89+44=US$133 before discount and shipping charges, etc.

Agreed to use a ORP meter to provide a sense of safety in the worst case but it is best to have a ORP controller for that extra comfort as suggested by Roidan

Using this product which I got it from SRC sponsor Aquatic which includes delivery too and in short, it is a good piece of device to include as part of the system..
