y dun u try a DSB or more LR in your sump? its better that way. bioballs will trap and cause nitrates. my 2 cents

HI Gouldian, ya it did... but i feel that a perfect choice among rio would be 36HF instead. i've just narrowed my shopping list to a deltec or h&s for skimmer. and the seio 820, 1100 or the tunze 6060. i just read from some books that i borrowed from the lib saying...the stronger the better current.. hehe
