The topic says it all.... I am planning to get a front projector for home theater.. What is a good brand model that is also economical? How many ansi, ratio, etc should I be looking at... Using it for movies as well as once in a while... my PS2...

Yup... agree with ervine, you have to let us know what is the objective to achieve, how the competition is arranged (E.g. grouping, outside company time, expected duration?)... etc.. One easy way is to look at you company values... for example, if your company talks about recycling as part of its values, you can consider "using recycled products" to make a raft, something or whatever....

Is it a department versus department sort of competition? Or staff just form the team they want and enter the competition? Where do you work? I can give some recommendations based on your company values and product...

Bro hammy - thanks for the compliments.... Bro djviper - Nope... Tanganyikan needs hard water (pH 8.3 - 9.0).... My sump tank is filled with so much coral chips... which I used as buffer... Now I add bicarbonate and epsom salt as additives... still looking for seachem cichlid buffer... Bro Rocks - thanks for the offer... but I am a bit worried of adding too many granite rocks.... there is already about 140kg+++ in my tank... Though my tank has 12mm glass and is supported by chenggai base, I am still sceptical... In fact, I dun have any rock dwelling fishes (such as calvus)... so I think should be ok... foais and leptosomas are open water fishes... as for my occellatus, well, they live in shells... I agreed with bro fuel, their behaviour is interesting! Bro fuel - I did went to H2O in Kembangan once when I was starting my cichlid tank... it is deep in the private estate right, some walk from the MRT? But it closed leh? Dunno whether close for good or just happen that day? Called no one pick up leh for a few days liao so I gave up trying there... Bro Ancelot - I did considered the tropheus, but as what bro fuel mentioned, I gave it a pass because of its specific dietary habits (vege?) and its aggressive nature... my understanding is that it would have to be a species-tank only... Last to introduce to all... my Cyprichromis leptosoma... Sorry, tanganyikan cichlids has no common names... as I realised... They are schooling fishes so I bought 16 of them... thank God again, out of the 16, I have 3 males which is a good combi... The thing with tangnyikan fishes is that the females are often silver and drappy as compared to the flashy males.. Some males exhibit interesting behaviour when territorial or when in courtship... they can turn "on" their colours even brighter! That's why it is good to have some female harem to a male as well as some submales as territorial challengers... Here's a male cyprichromis leptosoma flashing its colours to a passing babe...

Here comes the shellies (occellatus)... Very small fishes (2 inches)... in fact, shellies are the world's smallest cichlid species ever know, the smallest being the brevis... Perculiar behaviour and you will not be bored watching them "shift" houses or cover and decorate their shells with sand...
