    My point is why comment on ppl starting price when u yourself sells a similar item (w no additional accessories) for $90? Dont u think that it reflects very badly on yr integrity?

    The concern here is ppl starting price, since u brought up on yr wheather if yr prism is sold for $90, who cares if u sell yr prism for $90 or $9. I for one dont care, even if u give away FOC. U are a rich man's son anyway.

    Why bring becket skimmer into the picture? Its not relevant. Think before u speak.

    Beckett use to sell much higher price becos not many ppl make becket and needlewheel's price is so expensive. Nowadays there are so many beckett maker. Competition brings down the price.

    But u look at the Prism price, it has not drop, but have either maintan or rise price, due to higher shipping price.

    Reflect upon it.

    Final note: I find its quite a good deal for this prism as it comes along with additional accessories. Good for reefer who start out. Good luck to the sale.

    hey bro acidjazz, will be getting the artica as well. Pretty well recieved brand in this forum..

    U know anyone selling pre-own unit? Else will have to buy a new one.. :(:(

    Saw a few arctica on pasam malam over the last month. . unless u are willing to wait, if not buy new one damn expensive. . . 1/4 rrp at $1800, 1/5 rrp at $1400, 1/3 rrp at $2300.

    Is one box enuff? I read from some other forum that Aquamart suggest 40 balls and need to be fed with denimar powder. One box only contain abt 20 balls or so.

    Sori, need to check does the SP3000 comes with extra rubber tube(the white colour tube inside) becos after 2 year of use the rubber tube will turn hard and need to purchase from Aquamart and it cost $40!

    Hey bro yk.. No wavemaker in the tank..

    just 2 units of seio 820 for main tank circulation together with the return pump flow. Sufficient??? :shock:

    The 1st Seio 820 is at the back of tank for the back circulation as my rockscape are not touching the back glass panel..

    For the 2nd Seio... will be in the front... Not in the tank yet...

    if yr budget permits, use 2x6060. i see u use alot of tonga branch, so, deterius may built up. just some suggestion.

    it could be a misunderstanding. but i tried calling myself no directed to voicemail leh. i havent decided on what to wear so i just tried to look out for the decription u gave me, but saw no one of tat decription waiting at the controls.

    why dun u give me ur number? what abt meeting up today?

    here are the ans to ur qns.. :D

    1) Teco chillers comes with warranty and the performance is terms of noise level is better den resun....u can hear the chiller running when kicked in by resun. Teco uses titanium coil but resun is using titanium coated coil correct me if im wrong on this. ;)

    When u compare Teco and Resun, its true that Teco performs better, but for that 10-20% better performance translate to triple amt in cost, then it does not make sense.

    There is quite a number of resun user nowadays, the number speaks for itself. Infact there is more Resun user than Teco.

    If really want to buy Teco, might as well by Artica by topping up a little more.

    1 x 150 watt MH ??

    if i just used 1 Mh , will the coverage should be enough??

    I dont think by using more 24W T5 will help.

    Might as well go 250W. Becos later if u go sps, then have to sell away existing fixture again at a lost. Penny wise pound foolish IMO. With 250W u can lower yr photoperiod and the light penetration is fantastic.

    Giving away Acro Frags

    Have abt 10pcs of acro frags after a fraging session. Not A* grade but its has extremely good PE. Good for intermediate reefer who wants to venture into SPS. Relatively easy SPS IMO and very fast grower(Grow an half an inch every month).

    Terms:

    1. Pls state yr tank condition. (Lighting used, photoperiod, Nutrient content, filtration system, wavemaker etc)

    2. Pls bring yr own bag

    3. Self collect at Ang Mo Kio weekend or Jurong weekdays (7-8pm)

    4. T5 user need not apply.
