Between the 3, go for the 1264.

But i believe discolouring of the water may be an issue here.
I don't think that will be an issue if you're running ozone and carbon.
-
-eye sore to see them growing in your tank.
-if it is growing next to your coral, chemical warfare, you don't your precious coral being attack.
-they don't affect fishes.
-
They're still there!! I think I spotted another 2!!
Wonder wat happened to all the shrimps.
It's normal that they sometimes go into hiding for weeks when introduced.,
until just when you've forgotten about them, they make a surprise appearance.
They are usually more active at night.

It really depends on the livestock itself. It can be very un-predictable.
I had aiptasia gone the next day after introducing peppermint shrimp'
and also 1 aiptapsia was not eradicated till months later..
guess in your case, chances are quite high since you've put 4 in.
Be patient, before you know it, they'll all be gone.

so a FR and the ozoniser (for tap water treatment?) would greatly increased the level of clarity then ?
For purfication of tap h2o, You need RO/DI.
Nothing to do with the clarity in the aquarium h2o.

Don't think you need to wash the sand, too much hassle.
If you wash your rocks with fresh water, you have to cycle your tank again.
Adjust your skimmer to wet skimming.
-
care to share what return pump you're using?
the flow in your sump seems quite turbulent.
-
water quality is the most vital.
besides carbon, the use of an ozoniser does help greatly.
-
Do a major water change and add carbon.
If you decide to do a hyposal, it has to be at least 2 months.
coral and shrimp do not catch itch.
hawk fish does catch itch when stressed.

This looks like the yellow-tail cleaner wrasse - Diproctacanthus xanthurus
The juvenile does clean parasites off other fish but the adults apparently eat coral polyps!

Can Eheim 1264 replace MD55?
in Product Reviews

I think that the higher the height for the head loss, the return would be more, all things being equal.
Though that the 1264 has a slightly higher output l/h compare to the md55,and because of the head loss, the latter would have a higher output of water.
I was once wondering why the eheim compact 5000 consumes less electricity compares to the 1264 even though it is rated 5000l/h.
after some research, i found out that the compact series has a lower height for head loss and in the end the output of water would be less.
Hope it helps.
